Account Manager

One of the nation's most prominent financial services firms is searching for a dynamic, customer service oriented and resourceful commercial property and casualty account professional to join our team. This professional would tackle the responsibilities of managing and maintaining commercial property and casualty accounts on an ongoing basis, completing new and renewal applications, providing customer service and problem solving to clients, and researching and organizing information required by an assigned Account Executive. Meeting with clients, preparing proposals and pursuing new opportunities for adding new business to existing accounts are additional challenges the professional would assume.

Association Assistant Account Executive

Near North National Group provides worldwide insurance brokerage, risk management and financial services to a diverse group of Fortune 1000 corporations and organizations in specialized fields such as construction, energy, entertainment, healthcare, real estate, sports, venues, gaming, and fine arts.

The role of the Association Assistant Account Executive is to concentrate efforts on marketing to the various association clients in order to keep them satisfied with NPG's services and to boost revenues for NPG. This position reports to a Vice President.
Duties include:
* Coordinate association marketing projects between business services, AMTG, NPG's association contact, and any approvals needed from the carrier.
* Assist in carrying out the marketing plan for the association, which may include developing marketing pieces, arranging meetings, keeping track of convention schedules, and follow-up.
* Attend association meetings as needed along with the Account Executive, for the purpose of promoting sponsored products and formulating strategies for the future.
* Facilitate reports of various types to association clients.
* Interact with association clients to make sure their needs are being met as well as assisting in any member complaints.
* Work with the NPG web group to keep association web sites current.

Requirements include:
* Illinois Producers License

* Knowledge of professional liability insurance
