Insurance Risk Management Professionals

Qualifications:
* College degree required
* Minimum of three years work experience in a corporate risk analyst or manager role
* Experience working with Property and Casualty Insurance Carriers and Brokers
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Above average computer skills in a Windows environment required. Knowledge of Microsoft Access or other database systems is a plus

Sr. Insurance Services Specialist

GROWMARK, Inc., a large Midwest and Canadian agribusiness is seeking a quality individual for the position of Senior Insurance Services Specialist based at our Corporate Headquarters in Bloomington, IL.

Responsibilities:
* Evaluates the insurance exposures of the GROWMARK System and helps determine the appropriate risk financing options.
* Assists with the calculation and allocation of insurance premiums.
* Negotiates with insurers on policy language and purchases insurance to meet the perceived needs of the GROWMARK System.
* Assists in the administration of all major claims and with loss control and safety programs for the GROWMARK System.

Requirements:
* A college degree and 4-6 years experience and training in insurance or risk finance.
* Ability to obtain Property-Casualty Agents Licenses in Illinois as well as other states GROWMARK does business.
* CPCU, ARM or other professional insurance designation.
* Proven analytical abilities or experience with statistical models.
* Proven professional communication skills.

Functions as a team member/leader.

Position experience includes: Minimum five (5) years' experience in health care or insurance risk management; health care or clinical background is a plus. Must have excellent writing and speaking skills; ability to travel at any time; good decision-making qualities; ability to set priorities; familiarity with and ability to use office equipment, including overhead and slide projectors. College degree in a related field or equivalent experience, masters degree preferred.
