Hanover Insurance, a member of the Allmerica Financial group of companies, based in Worcester, Mass. is seeking a Training Professional. The selected candidate will identify, develop and support training needs for the Commercial Lines processing environment. The professional we seek will possess 3-5 years' experience in training or teaching techniques and delivery methods. This person must possess ability to assess needs of department and then develop training and teaching plan to address needs. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, including ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and management. Insurance background is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
