The Reinsurance Business Analysts/Consultants will participate in development projects with clients, documenting various reinsurance processes, assisting with conversion and implementation projects, and consulting on complex reinsurance issues and processes in support of the SICS/nt reinsurance administration software package. They will provide high level technical, functional and management consulting to meet the needs of the client; resolving difficult and complex reinsurance process and systems implementation issues. May determine client project requirements and estimate project scope and related costs.

Requires direct experience with Life or P&C reinsurance in the areas of Claims, Underwriting, and Accounting. Knowledge of workflow processing and seven to ten years of related technical or functional experience is highly desirable.
