Sr. IT Analyst

The Sentry Transportation Insurance Company is seeking a senior IT Analyst who can lead us from C/S to the internet. The right candidate will become a member of the Systems and Development team in developing P & C Insurance Industry software for internal use.

Primary Duties:
Initiating, performing and leading IT related activities in the Planning, Analysis, Design, Development installation and support of existing & new systems and technologies.

Prerequisites:
Must work well in a team of other IT Associates. Proven track record in object oriented design and programming for Windows base GUI software and strong grounding in testing and integration. Problem solver with good oral and written communication skills. Client/Server development with Delphi, Oracle, SQL, Crystal Reports a plus. Delphi preferred, C++ or JAVA experience acceptable.
