Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Repetitive Payment System which handles payouts of annuities. This system supports ILAD and AMS. The team is responsible for production support, management reporting, terminal funding activities as well as release upgrades. Responsible for obtaining business specifications to support system enhancements. Represent the RPS team in business project meetings to help determine the impact to the team. Responsible for project management of assigned projects. Production support contact to help the business areas in resolving production problems. Test plan development and execution. Act as a liaison between the business areas and the development team.

Qualifications:
Primary Skills: RPS (Repetitive Payment System) background a plus. Strong analytical abilities. Experienced in structured testing. Ability to adapt and work independently. Is flexible and readily adjusts to shifting priorities. Knows how to deal with people at all levels and works cooperatively with different individuals. Can drive decisions and consensus, and resolve issues. Experience in business lines (i.e. Annuitizations, Structured Settlements, Maturity Funding or Individual Annuities) would be a strong plus. Production support background a strong plus. Key Competencies: Strong communication skills, both written and oral. Experience in project management. Experience in structured testing methodologies. Service-oriented or proven customer service attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills.
