Account Manager

Senior Staff Accountant

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Staff Accountant. The primary function of that individual will be to facilitate interaction between general ledger functions and other accounting department functions. Some responsibilities of the position:
* Maintains the Fixed Assets system for all NNNG entities.
* Calculates and records depreciation entries and/or communicates entries monthly to the controller of other NNNG entities.
* Supervises and prepares the reconciliation of all NNIB bank accounts.
* Oversees the general ledger reconciliation process, including tie in of detailed accounts receivables and payables to the respective control accounts.
* Maintains a trial balance and/or account analysis for all other general ledger accounts.
* Balances intercompany accounts monthly with each NNNG entity.
* Prepares and maintains a month end closing schedule for all general ledger accounts.
* Participates in the planning and implementation of revised procedures.
* Supervises and trains the Staff Accountants reporting to him/her.

Requirements:
* Ability to maintain a high level of visual artention and mental concentration for significant periods of time.
* Ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of variables.
* Ability to analyze and interpret accounting data and implement procedures.
* P/C computer skills
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA designation, minimum 2-3 years Accounting experience.
