Duties include, but are not limited to: The Financial Analyst performs
professional accounting functions and financial review and analysis using
knowledge of GAAP and SAP methods; analyzes accounting aspects of
reinsurance contracts; conducts special studies and develops or recommends

Duties include, but are not limited to: As TDC's Assistant Actuarial
Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data;
perform a wide range of mathematical calculations; extensively use a PC and
mainframe; learn actuarial techniques and apply them to perform rate
reviews; prepare reports, charts, tables and other visual aids; progresses
toward completion of first two (2) CAS exams.
Position requirements include: Successful completion of college course

Supervisor will assign and oversee the work product of Regulatory Compliance
Analysts; in conjunction with Marketing/Pricing and Product Development

prevention services to TDC insureds within the designated region, serving as
a regional office team member providing risk resources, and working with
the team to promote TDC to insureds and potential insureds. Provides risk
education for region's insureds, potential insureds, and fellow team

functions, regional team committees, sales and marketing, etc. for the
welfare of TDC. Serves as a regional resource for risk related issues;

and complies with the approved product; coordinates regional travel with

assists with or develops articles for the Sourcebook, Doctors' Advocate or
Bulletin; attends conferences as needed to stay abreast of the health care

health care; maintains a familiarity with all segments of health care,
hospitals, physician offices, clinics, surgi-centers, managed care
organizations, etc. Pursues pro-activities in working with field office team
to identify low risk entities for loss prevention focus; works with field
office team to identify high risk entities for loss prevention
concentration; works with field office team to identify poor risk entities
for nonrenewal. Functions as a team member/leader.
Position experience includes: Minimum five (5) years' experience in
health care or insurance risk management; health care or clinical background
is a plus. Must have excellent writing and speaking skills; ability to
travel at any time; good decision-making qualities; ability to set
priorities; familiarity with and ability to use office equipment, including
overhead and slide projectors. College degree in a related field or
equivalent experience, masters degree preferred.
