* Develops, assembles, and preserves evidence required to prove or disprove the legitimacy of the claim and substantiate/support civil litigation.

Requirements:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent business/work experience.
* Minimum of two years, preferably four, of investigatory experience in law enforcement or claims.
* "Private Investigator License" where available.
* Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and motivation skills.

Market Research Analyst

AIG Warranty Products Division (AIG IS, Inc.) has an excellent career-growth opportunity for a highly motivated and confident professional to join its expanding team in New York City. AIG Warranty Products Division is a member company of American International Companies, the leading U.S. based international insurance organization and among the nation's largest underwriters of commercial and industrial coverages.

The successful candidate will act as the primary internal business contact for warranty products -- interface with the 3 warranty product managers, finance, legal, underwriting, business development managers, actuarial, compliance, reinsurance and research & development to research and then move a prospective warranty deal through the right channels.

Successful performance in this capacity requires:
* At least 1 year of experience in insurance - background could be underwriting, finance, legal, claims, actuarial, compliance, reinsurance, R&D, marketing, or administration.
* Fluency with MS Office Professional - especially Excel, Powerpoint, Word. Ability to use these skills to create new tracking systems, presentations, etc.
* Ability to interface with, present to, and influence multiple, distinct groups in order to achieve a common goal; ability to use a consultative sales style to this end.
* Extremely strong client management skills, organizational skills - the ability to follow-up and monitor in a positive, soft-sell way
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Flexibility with managing changing priorities among multiple deals that are all open at the same time.
* Perseverance, assertiveness, self-motivation, and the ability to work with minimal structure and supervision.
* Assertiveness, willingness to question, challenge and improve the way business is done.
Successful performance will be measured by client group feedback and efficiencies in the product cycle time.
