You will lead the development of the sales/marketing organization by creating programs, establishing and reinforcing client relationships, managing the acquisition of life insurance policies, and motivating the sales force to attain the company's objectives.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Life Insurance sales management plus demonstrated ability to build a sales organization and recruit producers.
