This position will work closely with customers to prepare project plans and estimates and with the Presale Team members on database and forms analysis and design. The Presale application runs in Oracle Forms 4.5 on an Oracle 7.3.4 database. Customers access the application via Citrix/Winframe running under Windows NT 3.5. Mission critical components of the application interact extensively with MS Word and Excel via OLE functionality. All aspects of the platform are scheduled to be upgraded this summer, including migrations to Oracle 8i and a newer version of the Oracle toolset.

Qualifications: This position requires an experienced IT professional with a proven track record as a leader in a team environment. Other important skills include a good working knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 4.5 and the Oracle Developer 2000 tool set. Knowledge of OLE is helpful but not necessary.

Assist the Assistant Director in resource allocation, work request processing and team priority/goal setting. Work with HartRe business partners in the United States and international locations designing and enabling information assets as well as setting technology directives and initiatives.
