We have need of a Business Analyst to continue to enhance our internet
based Billing system. Some of the enhancements include: improving existing
billing functionality, implementing billing for Life Insurance, creating an
invoice bill program, and creating a payroll deduct program. The analyst
will be responsible for defining the needs in technical specifications and
providing direction for the programming staff. The qualified consultant
should have expertise with billing/accounting systems in the Insurance
Industry, exposure to varied billing processing systems, experience with
direct invoice and payroll deduct programs, and technical writing

You will develop a web-based, data-driven enterprise level business
platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years' experience in
writing stored procedures and developing database technology, ideally in an
Oracle or SQL Server environment. This group does the back-end database
development. Several applications being developed requiring experience in
developing applications in either: life insurance billing, claims, data
warehouse, insurance rating or policy processing. PL/SQL experience is a
plus.

the carrier and all functioning
departments of ITSA/CISA/IHA; overseeing the implementation process of a

monitor, manage and communicate project status throughout the
implementation. This position requires 3+ years of customer service
experience and project management experience. Experience in P&C personal
and/or commercial lines insurance experience required. Periodic travel may
be required.
