Benefits Administrator

The Benefits Administrator will manage the administration, client service, and provider relations for all employee benefits programs for 600+ employees in all locations. Develop and maintain department procedures for administratin of benefits, new hire and termination processing; Coordinate the semi-annual enrollment process for all benefits plans; Perform all new hire, termination, and bi-weekly processing for payroll; Coordinate temporary staffing and support other HR disciplines as requested by management.

Job Duties
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries, supplying information, and resolving issues. Responsibilities include benefit administration, maintaining all automated and hardcopy personnel records and forms in compliance with current laws and regulations as well as a variety of administrative duties.

Qualifications
Must have experience in customer service as well as the demonstrated ability to be flexibel in a changing, fast-paced environment. Proficiency in creating documents and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office requiried. Human Resources experience highly preferred.
