Job Duties:The successful candidate will concentrate on RMD's Labor Industry business, both in-force and new business, and will be the RMD practice leader for this target industry. The practice leader will develop and implement strategies and operating plans to profitably grow the book and knowledge base of construction business. The person will handle up tp 10-15 of the larger labor accounts and will sign off on accounts referred by the field for reasons of authority and/or expertise. Must be adept at working with and through others to achieve objectives. Professional designations such as CPCU and ARM, either completed or in progrss, are beneficial. 10-20% travel.
