Located within the central division territory, you will develop and
pursue strategies for alliances with producer organizations; support and
assist regional offices and the Orlando Bond Center in identifying leads and
developing, promoting and bringing to fruition sales opportunities for all
commercial surety, fidelity and professional liability accounts; and develop
and bring to fruition cross-sell opportunities with other Hartford
Commercial Business Units. You will also promote and sell our 1 Step Surety
automation system to producer organizations and provide training seminars as
necessary. To qualify, you must have superior product and technical
knowledge of the bond business in addition to skills in the following areas:
communication, sales, negotiation and time management. This self-starter
must be a team builder who is able to work with minimal supervision.
