The Benefits Administrator will manage the administration, client
service, and provider relations for all employee benefits programs for 600+
employees in all locations. Develop and maintain department procedures for
administratin of benefits, new hire and termination processing; Coordinate
the semi-annual enrollment process for all benefits plans; Perform all new
hire, termination, and bi-weekly processing for payroll; Coordinate
temporary staffing and support other HR disciplines as requested by
management.

Your ability to design, implement and administer executive incentive
programs, base pay programs, and variable pay plans that drive the
performance of critical deliverables are crucial to this position. Also
invaluable is your expertise in analyzing jobs, developing and interpreting
surveys and current performance appraisal systems. Not required but
preferred is a background in insurance financial services. We hope that
