Responsibilities: Individual will be responsible for maintaining a quality change control environment through reviewing requests for standards, processing application change requests, monitoring the test and production job cycles and resolving Abend/re-starting job cycle as applicable.

Requirements: Minimum of one year related experience & Associate's degree or equivalent. Mainframe operator skills or entry-level programming skills, prior experience troubleshooting abends, updating and maintaining JCL & monitoring jobs. Prior experience/exposure to JCL, OPC, Changeman & TSO/MVS.

Work Schedule: Three days per week, twelve hour shifts. The schedule will consist of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday in one week and Thursday, Friday & Saturday the following week (alternate back & forth each week), w/flexibility to work a day shift as needed.

Provide technical support to NAC Re population working in Operation Support/Systems Administration Department within the Information Systems Division. Position will interact with all levels in organization. Serve as Help Desk Primary Support Analyst, Systems Operator, infrastructure owner of selected network components, and serve on various teams supporting IS Projects.
