Project Manager-Marketing

CSC Financial Services Group is an international software systems and services provider dedicated to serving the needs of the Insurance, Banking and Financial Services industry worldwide. CSC specializes in the development, installation and support of advanced computing software for Life, Property/Casualty Insurance, Annuities and a wide range of financial services products.

Position requires 7+ years experience in Life/Health or Property/Casualty Insurance Administrative systems. Experience in developing Marketing strategies and Pricing models, and conducting Market Research. Excellent verbal/written communications skills. Excellent Presentation and Social skills. Must be able to make decisions independently. Experience in Customer Service, Agency Management, E-Commerce and CSC Life Insurance software products is a plus.

Individual will lead and support marketing activity for CSC's Administrative Solutions. Will work with Marketing, Development, Sales and Service to set the vision and plan the direction for Life Solutions. Responsible for researching, monitoring and publishing industry trends and best practices. You will develop, maintain and communicate marketing plans and strategies.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to handle challenging responsibilities including:
* Acting as the primary business contact for IntelliRisk, AIG's premiere Risk Management Information System (RMIS) in the New York region.
* Interfacing and consulting with brokers, risk managers, and insureds to surface ideas for product improvements and total risk management solutions that will retain these customers and bring in new clients and revenue streams.
* Conducting sales presentations to internal partners (including regional underwriting, claims, marketing) and external customers (brokers, risk managers, insureds) to meet sales goals.
* Managing a team that includes a Solution Integrator and two RMIS trainers.

Successful performance in this capacity requires:
* At least 5 years experience on the field of risk management or commercial insurance.

* At least 1 year experience managing people .
* The ability to interface with multiple, distinct groups in order to achieve a common goal.
* A consultative sales style as evidenced by successful sales and marketing experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling data communications or application software solutions to the life insurance industry. Person will develop the life insurance business plan and be responsible for direct revenue for major life customers. In addition, the individual will have the responsibility for managing and directing a Priority Sales Manager.

A minimum of 7 years experience selling data communications and/or application software solutions to the life insurance industry is required.
