Duties include, but are not limited to: The Financial Analyst performs
professional accounting functions and financial review and analysis using
knowledge of GAAP and SAP methods; analyzes accounting aspects of
reinsurance contracts; conducts special studies and develops or recommends
accounting methods and procedures; coordinates accounting matters with other
departments, locations, and client/brokers; interprets contracts.
Position requirements include: Five (5) years' reinsurance accounting
experience; thorough understanding of insurance industry; thorough
understanding of SAP and GAAP principles and procedures; excellent
analytical skills; proficient with personal computers and databases; ability
to use all MS Office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access;
reinsurance/insurance continuing education helpful. Bachelor's degree or
commensurate experience.

We are currently looking for a Product Manager in our San Francisco
location. You will be responsible for developing and implementing product
rollout plans for new and existing insurance products in personal lines.
Responsibilities will include: new product definition and development,
analysis and definition of target markets, as well as management of existing
products; revenue, profit and loss responsibility for the respective
product and states; management of rate filings and pricing strategy in
conjunction with actuarial and the KDD team; perform competitive analysis in
collaboration with the market research group and manage correspondence with
insurance departments and regulatory bodies in collaboration with the
Product Compliance Officer.

Duties include, but are not limited to: As TDC's Assistant Actuarial
Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data;
perform a wide range of mathematical calculations; extensively use a PC and
mainframe; learn actuarial techniques and apply them to perform rate
reviews; prepare reports, charts, tables and other visual aids; progresses
toward completion of first two (2) CAS exams.
Position requirements include: Successful completion of college course
work equivalent to a major in math, statistics, economics, finance or other
heavy problem solving oriented majors; demonstrated high level of problem
solving aptitude; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in
writing; ability to work with peers and supervisors to meet objectives;
ability to pass all ten (10) CAS exams.

Supervisor will assign and oversee the work product of Regulatory Compliance
Analysts; in conjunction with Marketing/Pricing and Product Development
Committees, coordinate the company implementation of rate, rule and form
filings; coordinate responses to complaints placed by insureds to DOIs; act
as liaison on various projects with other departments and TDC affiliates;
monitor and respond to developing laws and regulations to determine
applicability to TDC and subsidiaries; notify regulatory authorities of
relevant changes in company structure; coordinate market conduct
examinations; obtain and maintain company licenses; act as repository of
regulatory information for the company; perform research and gather
information related to regulatory matters.
Position requirements include: Four (4) years experience with state
insurance department rate, rule and form filings; knowledge of state
insurance laws and regulations; experience doing research in state code
books; experience in negotiating with state insurance departments; possess
strong organizational skills; one to three (1-3) years' supervisory
experience required; PC literacy required; knowledge of CD ROM. College
degree or commensurate experience required.

Duties include, but are not limited to: The Quality Assurance Analyst
will be responsible for managing testing and quality assurance of
Information Systems developed applications or vendor supplied packages used
in support of TDC business. Will include the development of testing plans,
approaches and matrices, in addition to coordination of user representatives
through UAT, production parallel or other processes where appropriate.
Position requirements include: Strong analytical skills; extensive
experience within the insurance industry, including an understanding of the
claims and underwriting functions; extensive experience in application
testing and user acceptance testing procedures; experience writing test
plans, matrixes and identifying problems related to specific applications;
excellent written and verbal skills; the ability to interact with
individuals and groups at all levels; the ability to organize and complete
many diverse tasks; ability to work independently and prioritize work;
proven interpersonal skills.

premium finance volume.
Compensation - a base salary, plus commissions and bonus.
