B) Proven ability to achieve sales and earnings objectives and production and acquisition targets.
C) Ability to cultivate and maintain collaborative/cooperative working relationships
D) A Series 6 License and a Health License
E) Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred:
A) Ability to educate Annuity and Long Term Care producers
B) Fluency in Spanish
