Project Manager-Marketing

CSC Financial Services Group is an international software systems and services provider dedicated to serving the needs of the Insurance, Banking and Financial Services industry worldwide. CSC specializes in the development, installation and support of advanced computing software for Life, Property/Casualty Insurance, Annuities and a wide range of financial services products.

Position requires 7+ years experience in Life/Health or Property/Casualty Insurance Administrative systems. Experience in developing Marketing strategies and Pricing models, and conducting Market Research. Excellent verbal/written communications skills. Excellent Presentation and Social skills. Must be able to make decisions independently. Experience in Customer Service, Agency Management, E-Commerce and CSC Life Insurance software products is a plus.

Individual will lead and support marketing activity for CSC's Administrative Solutions. Will work with Marketing, Development, Sales and Service to set the vision and plan the direction for Life Solutions. Responsible for researching, monitoring and publishing industry trends and best practices. You will develop, maintain and communicate marketing plans and strategies.

Business Consultant - Insurance

1) Will assist sales team demonstrate value of business solution to prospective clients, define and design the project including cost projections, resource allocation, time projections, proposal recommendations and client business assessment.
2) Working proactively with executives of client organizations to help shape and guide strategic direction and change in the area of market management, adding value to client's experience and assuring retention and growth of relationship.
3) Will provide on-site project management including managing project P & L, prepare and coach internal project team, oversee software installation, perform participative/facilitative training, provide feedback to front-line users, and provide credible actionable recommendations to clients.

Requirements: 5-8 yr. business consulting, project management, and process implementation background required. Must offer: a) thorough understanding of market management applications preferably in insurance institutions, b) ability to work in a shared environment with technology, sales, product development and other areas c) share a common vision in a rapidly growing environment. A background selling/marketing Mutual Funds & Annuities is of particular interest. Experience with participative & facilitative training and a strong stage presence are essential. 50% travel required.
