Position requires 7+ years experience in Life/Health or Property/Casualty
Insurance Administrative systems. Experience in developing Marketing
strategies and Pricing models, and conducting Market Research. Excellent
verbal/written communications skills. Excellent Presentation and Social
skills. Must be able to make decisions independently. Experience in Customer
Service, Agency Management, E-Commerce and CSC Life Insurance software
products is a plus.
Individual will lead and support marketing activity for CSC's
Administrative Solutions. Will work with Marketing, Development, Sales and
Service to set the vision and plan the direction for Life Solutions.
Responsible for researching, monitoring and publishing industry trends and
best practices. You will develop, maintain and communicate marketing plans
and strategies.
Marketing positions located in Austin, TX will focus in Property/Casualty

Will be responsible for translating business needs and marketing
specifications into illustration requirements. Assist in researching,
developing and evaluating system solution alternatives. Design and develop
user interfaces to support the Field and Marketing areas in the Life
Insurance Division.
Minimum qualifications are: Knowledge of Life Insurance products and
marketing applications such as Split Dollar and Deferred Compensation.
Knowledge of marketing processing requirements and field system processing.
Able to communicate technical information in varying degrees of detail.
Visual Basic and/or C++ programming required.

Duties include, but are not limited to: The Quality Assurance Analyst
will be responsible for managing testing and quality assurance of
Information Systems developed applications or vendor supplied packages used
in support of TDC business. Will include the development of testing plans,
approaches and matrices, in addition to coordination of user representatives
through UAT, production parallel or other processes where appropriate.
Position requirements include: Strong analytical skills; extensive
experience within the insurance industry, including an understanding of the
claims and underwriting functions; extensive experience in application
testing and user acceptance testing procedures; experience writing test
plans, matrixes and identifying problems related to specific applications;
excellent written and verbal skills; the ability to interact with
individuals and groups at all levels; the ability to organize and complete
many diverse tasks; ability to work independently and prioritize work;
proven interpersonal skills.
