This person will work with our CHAMPUS area performing complex analytical
and technical functions. The following are normally required skills: a
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, related area or its equivalent
and 2-4 years of experience in policy/planning, claims processing, computer
systems, government programs, contracting or its equivalent. Advanced
Microsoft Access 97 programming required as is Microsoft Word and Excel.
System design and implementation experience is also required. A government

oversee performance analysis and tuning, as well as support production
