Duties include, but are not limited to: The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for managing testing and quality assurance of Information Systems developed applications or vendor supplied packages used in support of TDC business. Will include the development of testing plans, approaches and matrices, in addition to coordination of user representatives through UAT, production parallel or other processes where appropriate.

Position requirements include: Strong analytical skills; extensive experience within the insurance industry, including an understanding of the claims and underwriting functions; extensive experience in application testing and user acceptance testing procedures; experience writing test plans, matrixes and identifying problems related to specific applications; excellent written and verbal skills; the ability to interact with individuals and groups at all levels; the ability to organize and complete many diverse tasks; ability to work independently and prioritize work; proven interpersonal skills.
